It should be clear that his ems power is beyond imagining right now.Sasuke yin power was strong before now with itachi eye power mixed with his own will make sasuke the ultimate yin nature ninja.
sasuke has developed the most hatred threw the serious even if he had not hae had the worsetype of living situation just 1 impact on his life has made him gain so much hatred which is pratically fueling his sharingan going into the darkness.
either way the yin nature of sasuke is going up there so his susanno is on another level now and there could be something special besides what we een of sasuke latest susanno so far.If madara can make a double susanno sasuke definately can he has the power for it(yin/imaginative power)
either way you look at it sasuke was already good at genjutsu now mixed with his brother and giving birth to a new form dojutsu will make sasuke genjutsu make itachi tsykuyomi look like a joke.
(does seem hard to believe that sauske genjutsu will be in a high upper scale class like shishu or even better) seems likely every manga.
anyway who can really beat sasuke at this level because if you look at it at this perspective he has abilities to mix ocular power of his eyes together like susanno genjutsu,and blaze release so no ninja can not really attack without losing limbs.
sasuke can beat every tailed beast in existance but let's hold out the tentails.
All beast will fall infront of sasuke yin power genjutsu.He clearly a reincarnated madara or possibly even stronger.Even though he has not shown his ems genjutsu scale power's yet the mixing of two good genjutsu user should give him high chances even resulting to the new dojutsu the ems.
but atleast i think he can control the beast with an eye that anybody rarely achieve and can only dream of that power.
he can definately beat most characters in the series, the only ones that can possibly give him a hard time is naruto,tobi,madara, and nagato but that is it.
(not counting the sage of six path)
