Nice to finaly have the new chapter. I was very impressed by Kakashi's lightning chain attack it sliced through the tailed beasts cloaked arms like they were nothing. I found it cool that the tailed beasts actually have names this is getting good.

Kishi decided to make the DBZ reference upon the creation of Roushi's character and bijuu. I didnt see the ape being named Son Goku coming though, but it really goes well with his homage to the series. That is why Roushi is my favorite host, and Im excited we might be able to find more about him.

Because the Sage wanted to achieve complete, total peace, just like Naruto. The ten-tails was something like the manifestation of hatred and destruction. So somebody who can convince the most evil and hate-filled beings that love is what truly matters, that somebody is also able to change the whole world. Another reason why he did it was to give them real names and real identities. What means "Kyuubi"? What kind of "name" is that supposed to be? Nine-Tails? That is actually a pretty disrespectful and devaluing name. So giving them real names is a sign of respect and acknowledgment.

Why do people complain about the talks? They are the most important aspect of Naruto. It gives you much needed insight to the story on a deeper level. Like who would of thought the reason Kurama has so much hate is because hes been controlled all his life, an treated like a nameless puppet. I don't think of bunch of people with headbands and powers fighting for no understandable reason would be to much of a good story would it? 5/5

When there's talk no jutsu, ppl complain because story telling is boring.

Nice chapter this week. For a moment I thought Naruto will seal Goku inside of him as a step to becoming the 10tails's host.. Lol..

I don't think he will seal any of them, at least not permanent and thus becoming the juubi jin... Naruto will free them all and become friend with them and demonstrate to the world they all can became friend. And being the hero that saves the world all will follow him and thus achieving peace...

We can all continue this ranting about the names however a couple questions come to mind after hearing this first how come bee never referred to the eight tails by his name? Since they are friend one would think that bee would show that kind of respect towards the eight tails. Secondly its apparent that the tailed beast know each other with that being said, why does the eight tails refer to the rest of the tailed beast by demeaning names and not they're given names?

I believe that names were not used for the sole purpose of good story telling, for the surprise.
And maybe the bijuu's are mad at each other, somehow, and that's why they don't call themselves by name... i don't know, just a thought!

And it's also funny to notice that the dragon ball Goku had was the one with... 4 star in it...
Maybe he though the whole char making a tribute to DBZ?!

For me it was awesome that he named yonbi GOKU!
Don't care if it's a Dragon ball reference or a chinese folklore.
It's a name, nothing more.

And Goku's name is Kakaroto! Son Goku was because of his monkey tail/transformation... don't see ppl complaining about Akira Toryama using such a name...

I think you have a point, 8 tails might have called the 9 tails 9 tails as a jab or insult. We knew the one tailed beasts name for a while. Since the Gaara vs. Naruto fight. Boss Toad used his name I think. It is a mystery. Only idea I have is that noone ever bothered to ask the tailed beasts their name. Kinda huge insult. Could be why they have such grudges. It's like calling a human by a racial name.

this chapter was pretty cool , and a bit unique ... i never expected to learn names of bijuu , and 569 i predict we will go back to the battle with madara and the 5 kages and they will defeat madara , and then kabuto summons the 4th hokage or something over the top , if that doesnt happen , naruto will get out of songoku , and he will release the chains , and he will be set free , out of tobis control , to add to that based on my thread and what most people have discussed , it looks like the 9 tails is gonna lend more power to naruto , on top of that naruto might be able to do a full transformation.

Good chapter, 4/5... I liked them giving naruto more ammo for becomingb friends with Kurama (9 tails) friend, but I wish they would hurry up and show us their true power together... Narutos talk with Son was also interesting, it was naruto changing another soul for the better, all in a days work for him lol

songoku means ape king , and songoku is some massive ape with 4 tails and katon chakra , kurama refers to chinese mythology so yeah i read the page before his name , yonbi said he has a name and i expected something that means great ape or something , and i looked it up , and it means ape king

Up until now we have only been hearing the human perspective of the tailed beast. As we have seen from Naruto and the other jinchuriki's . The ninja world is really hateful to those that are different. I can imagine why the tailed beast would have been treated. So to me?? I can understand why the tailed beast might have enormous built up animosity towards humans and why humans would see them as evil. I would think that as much as the SO6P did for the world he would set evil creatures upon the human race.

I think he knew some human might try to obtain the 10 tails for power. A power that could destroy everything.
That's why split the 10 tails into. Only after being controlled by humans did the tailed beast become the way they are now, and I wouldn't call it evil. I think they are just fed up with being sought for power and controlled.

yes it was said that the SO6P was on his deathbed. Who knows how long it took him to die?
Yes it was said that he used the last of his chakra to split them apart. Who knows how long that took?
I am almost positive that nowhere can you read that it was all dont in a matter of minutes.

All of the could have taken hours, days, and even years.

As we know that normally beings with great power....They are able to incredible things and like explaining to child..
You have to let them know that just because it was said to have been done(in 1 sentence) doesn't mean it all happened instantly.
You have to have an imagination and a little common sense.

We know that God created the heavens and the earth, if we didn't know that done in 7 days. Some would probably think that it was done instantly as well.

So IMO, the story Son Goku is telling doesnt conflict with Tobi's at all.

I hope we see how Rikudo Sennin created Son Goku and where Son Goku went from there. Like does he have like a little temple in the caves inhabited by monkeys and apes??? Like the Jungle Book! That'd be sick! I seriously don't mind Kishi explaining the background of each Bijuu.

Exactly! How can Naruto profess to understand/respect these beings if in the end, he keeps them all imprisoned inside of himself? He will demonstrate that these beings offered help of their own accord. Ahh this series is getting so good! I really hope kakashi and guy survives this war!

we see a Monkey King/Goku type of hero. Its not a huge ape, he looks much like a human. For I think in the myth the Ape King was human-like too.

(I really hope that Roshi can launch a TBB in a way the Kamehameha looked)
