Yata mirror possible weakness

I've been seeing a lot of XXX vs itachi threads and many people who post say itachi will win because the yata mirror will make him invincible.

The thing I want to mention is in regards to elemental jutsu. According to the databook, the yata mirror is endowed with all chakra natures and it can change its own characteristics depending on the characteristics of the attack it receives, making the technique ineffective.

But this doesnt mean it can negate attacks from ADVANCED natures, such as lava and dust. Part of the reason I mentioned itachi is because of the itachi vs muu match-up. Personally, I think muu would win (He's a terrible match-up).

yeah maybe, against KG it won't work so well, but dust release is in a class of its own, if it surrounds you you have to either teleport out of the boundary or you're dead. the yata mirror won't have a say in that scenario.

did you get your idea from the 3rd naruto shippuden film? naruto vs hiruko, his dark release or whatever it was called failed to figure out the components of rasenshuriken and was unable to absorb it. madara's preta path did absorb rasenshuriken though.

this, because diedara couldn't even defend against the genjutsu. i am sure muu can't break tsukoyomi. even sharingan users have only a 15% chance of breaking it. plus on top of his quick movements.. i do not think muu can keep up.

Hmm we dont know yet, because danzo only got threw sasuke's susanoo because it wasnt fully completed with armor. That's the only way we could tell if it's true power.

dust release destroys EVERYTHING inside the square so yes it would go through susanoo....

I'm very sorry. My english isn't very good. And if people choose to agree with me for the wrong reasons. I dont care. But I think i have a good theory. Its not stupid or anything and makes sense.

I think zetsu said it made itachi almost invincible. But im going by what the databook said - its endowed with the chakra natures. But this doesnt mean it can neutralise ADVANCED natures. Thats completely different....

So I love people who when it favors Itachi will make claims like Zetsu said it was invincible, however when somebody brings up that itachi himself said that he would lose to Jiraiya you make excuses like Itachi was lieing cause he didn't want to fight. It's a double edged sword you can't claim what one character says as absolute fact and then say the other character can't be taken seriously. Itachi said it himself everything has a weakness, theres another quote for ya.

onnoki has not used it on madara yet because with his path abilities he could probably just absorb it like he did rasen shuriken

madara would probably just dodge it though because he is fast as shit

the yata mirror's biggest weakness is the fact that it only protects the front side of susanoo if you attack from the sides or behind you can beat susanoo as long as you have attacks powerful enough to break through, the yata mirror itself (IMO) can't be destroyed...
