I agree it would still pose a problem, just not the same degree it use to. There are so many others now out shining the little things we found special about certain shinobi, so much to the point that we now underrate them. One thing she still has going for her is her medical ability, which can't be easily duplicated.
Sakura is the next Tsunade, she needs to step up her game.
As for Hinata, there's a reason Neji became leader of the Hyuga division line during the war, she's not gutsy. The only times she's been gutsy were because of Naruto. I do agree she is good. Temari is beast, did you see the summoning she used against Tayuya? Too much.

I agree completely. However it depends on how u look at things, she is not useless against many but against some like Itachi,Nagato or Minato in 1v1 against these guys she seems useless. Same with ppl like Tenten. Compared to Shizune she isn't all useless. Compared to J-man or Orochimaru, tenten is useless. It depends on how u look at things u see? I can list things about tenten to prove u wrong.
Tenten is not useless because...........
She is a skilled Chuunin
She helps with missions
She can very easily make weapons
She is like the best weapon user we have ever seen
She is a very skilled and deadly long range fighter
etc.
So u see it depends on how u look at things. U look at it this way and compare Tenten to like that girl who hangs with Konohamaru or Shizune then Tenten is powerful herself.
In the same way, Tsunade can seem useless 1v1 against Itachi.
However, i have always considered Tsunade a kage lvl ninja.
Tenten is not useless because...........

The reason people troll her in my opinion is due to her lack of exposure in battle. If people can't see it or have it straight away, then by default it 'sucks' to them.
Look at the job she is doing as hokage, she has saved many lives (including my favourite Rock Lee! haha). She has changed her ways from before she was hokage and deeply cares about the village and is willing to risk all to achieve that. She has been healing Onoki, which may just be the trump card they need to defeat/survive the battle with Madara.
A vastly underrated and selfless character. The allied forces are a stronger group with her amongst the ranks. I can't wait until she plants one on Madara's chin. Then the haters will be singing her praises, a tad like glory hunting by the sounds of it.

Temari vs Tayuya was so full of win... she's so awesome she deserves to shine a lot more...
I remember there was a filler episode I was practically forced to watch by a friend of mine (she yelled "there's important Neji and Hinata interaction!" and I had to watch it... surprisingly good for a Naruto filler, I think it was an exception) and it explained how Neji was named by Hiashi the leader to try to encourage the new Hyûga generation to stop the hatred between the Souke and Bouke... which actually sounds more plausibe. Still she's obviously not gutsy, but turned braver thanks to Naruto... or at least as brave as such a shy girl can get xd Still better than any of the other though, but not enough to be considered badass...
To me, only badass girls in Naruto are Tsunade, Mei and Temari (and perhaps Anko)
Very good point with TenTen. The only point I have my doubts with is the one I bolded because it is said Itachi is the best kunai user ever. But then again, I doubt Itachi would be able to effectively use Jidanda.
Tsunade is at Kage level.

Anko, she was allegedly trained by Orochimaru and has a curse mark herself and yet, she hasn't had her moment to shine. Blame Kishi..+ repped you

Exactly man, I don't get why people don't like her. She is perfect for Hokage. Even her experiences in battle, in life, in romance all aid her to make the right call during pivotal moments!

I personally believe Neji will take over as Hyûga leader... it just fits, and I see Hinata like denying her destiny and going off to do what she wants (whatever that is). Maybe try to become a Jônin? I totally see her (along with Shikamaru and possibly Kiba and Shino) trying to get to that level.
I totally blame him for that. She wasn't given a single fu**** fight in the whole series. I mean, come on! Her opportunity for a badass crazy fight with Kabuto was right there, even if she would've lost I would've loved to see that fight! She's now treated like a punching bag by Kabuto, wherever he is...
I'm not a fanboy. But people who troll Konan need to get a grip. I'll be honest, I regarded her as rather poor, especially when she was owned by Jiraiya (love him, but he had a massive elemental advantage). But her fight with Tobi was fantastic and I couldn't have more respect for her after that.
She gave him a massive going over, that would have destroyed the vast majority of shinobi you could list, evidently not all before anyone starts mouthing off. '' ooooohhh but Minato/Tobi could.....'
Yeah, we are fully aware of their abilities thankyou very much. Back on to the topic at hand if you don't mind! haha!

never thought of that. If I think of it..that sounds more like Hinata and Neji. Who knows, maybe that happens..but what about that child prodigy..Hanibi? Hanabi? He's part of the main branch.Also, that amazing attack she performed was set up way before..it's like Shiamaru's trap against Hidan. Powerful but needs time. In a 1v1 battle she couldn't pull it of. However, she is a strong Kunoichi that gave the Aburame clan, Tobi and Jiraiya some trouble.
