Someone is gonna over and under rate every character. There are fans and there are haters for every character. Sasuke is not "too underrated" like this title says; there's a mix of love and hate for Sasuke and his abilities. This makes me believe that the fans of Naruto's big view of Sasuke is: normal. He stands on the same even ground as every other character.
