Why naruto is still a genin

The battle with nagato , he did not have any help. Hinata tried to help but didn't , she became a hindrance. He had no help with pain.

If Hinata didn't help he wouldn't of taken the form of the 9 tails and would of been captured so he did have help, from Hinata, 9 tails and minato.

how would you figure he mastered taijutsu???

what naruto has to work on is chakra control because he uses to much at once, he needs to learn how to fight without depending on the ninetails chakra so much, it has not been confirmed that naruto can break tsukoyomi.

naruto is not perfect, he still has flaws as well as any ninja

No just saying he never passed the chunin exam or did any exams afterwards. Naruto was the same way. He didn't pass the chunin exams and after that he never had time to take the test again.

I realize that going to missing nin or S rank criminal is a change in title but it isnt exactly a promotion by any means.

If naruto went rogue he could become an S rank criminal in an instant too but it doesn't really change the fact that he never went above chunin

Nine Tails - It is currently a part of naruto. Sealing a beast within a jinchuriki requires them to be fused so that they are like one entitie and make them become one being , not 2 seperate being. That said, kyubbi is part of naruto and so credit goes to Naruto ( him and the kyubbi but they are one being)

Minato - he sealed his chakra into Naruto together with the kyubbi. Thus , he is fused with naruto on such a level that they are one being ( Naruto and his dad) . They are one then. So , since naruto gets the credit and yeah , he didn't had help

Hinata - Hinata had not helped , she was a weakness that affected naruto's performance:flaw:

2nd ) Very well , i shall accept that and change it to moderate.
3rd ) So you don't think that naruto can be said to master nin jutsu unless he have mastered a few elements and know more techniques beside rasengan variations? Very well , i shall reduce the rank
4th ) I think he have mastered tai jutsu as
- his speed in km , so fast that it was thought to be space time tech
- sage mode , frog kumite ( another bonus point for naruto)
- His raw power in KM and SM.

He is skilled in tai jutsu. That is what i think. Super speed + Super strenghth+ super kungfu form? That is very good combo actually.

MS, get someone else to disrupt your chakra for you . Naruto have kyubbi

Other gen jutsu - Disrupt your own chakra. Activating and deactivating KM mode will cause huge surge of chakra and a chakra disruption and So , naruto can get out of gen jutsu as soon as he gets caught in it
