Okay. S-Rank really isn't a rank, its a title given to Missing-nin who are dangerous and more powerful than most Jounin. So using that, yes Kakashi would be given that title if he were to betray the village.

While we are on the subject, Sannin isn't a rank. It is a special title given to just three shinobi and three shinobi only.
