His true face will be show in chapter 564 or 565 (manga).
Here I what I read:

The rasengan explodes, doing nothing

Tobi's front mouth opens and threads come out holding him down
From both his sides, Naruto comes charging in with Rasengans
Tobi: The next..Deidara!
Tobi spits out 2 c2 birds from his side mouths which blow the Naruto clones up

To mention some:

Nice thinking..im still skeptical about Obito not somehow dying before the zetzu or whatever found him but then again...we probably dont know too much about Obito or Rin for a reason..

Heres my conclusion:
Sasuke No obviously
Itachi Dead+Edotensei
Izuna Missing both Sharingan+too young+Dead
Obito Weak
Shisui Sopposedly Dead, but NO PROOF
Kagami Unimportant
Madara Dead+Edotensei

So, here goes:
Izuna wasn’t really dead, he just gave his eyes to his brother madara who was stronger and had a better chance of defeating hashi (the coffin he was buried in was a bunshin or something like that).
Now, Madara was defeated by hashi but he picked himself back to izuna. Knowing he wouldn’t survive, he gave him the rest of his chakra (kind of like minato+kushina did with naruto) and hashis cells. Now, izuna was the spark of hope for their new master plan. He travelled the lands blindly for a while, until he finally found an uchiha who was to his liking:

Now, he transferred his soul etc. to obitos body and restored the right half of obito with a monster he had created from hashiramas cells: Zetsu. This is why injuries on tobis right half are always restored with zetsu.

Obitos right sharingan was only squashed and izuna could easily restore it, but his left one had been taken out completely and given to kakashi, so it his zetsu eye didn’t function as well, which is why tobi still prefers his right sharingan.

He then took all the life that was left in obito and transferred it into one half of his created monster, and made white zetsu, who does have a character similar to obito.

Then he took the rest of madaras power and put it into black zetsu, whos character is similar to madaras.

I agree with all of your points except the last one about the "Zetsu Eye." I don't think Zetsu's can copy the abilities of people, only their chakra and physical features. That means the Zetsu eye would not be able to use Izanagi.

What I think is that Tobi got the left Sharingan from the Uchiha massacre. This implies Tobi only had one eye before the massacre:

Notice how there is only one eye in the panel (the right eye) AND Kisame states THAT EYE shining in the darkness, not THOSE EYES

guys do you remember the time when itachi was killed by sasuke and itachi set sasuke's sharingan to use amaterasu when he saw tobi's/mystery man's sharingan
to do that dosent he need to know whose sharingan it is??
so i think itachi knows who thmasked man and may reveal it soon:shrug:

Many people know that Itachi knows about Tobi because when Naruot and Edo Itachi meet Naruto tells him he knows about the Uchiha Clan Massacre becaouse Tobi told him...then Itachi says "So 'he' knew about me" that means it was the real Madara who helped itachi slay the clan.
