I can explain that
It was Tobi who had Zetsu reveal Sasuke's presence, in order to weaken some of the Kages so that Tobi could take them hostage.

There's nothing mentioned about EMS at all. And he did tell Sasuke to rest after defeating Danzo. He came back to retrieve Sasuke later because he knew he was going to get f*cked by Naruto and Kakashi, so yeah xD

sasuke did know about it before hand that why he spamm his susano and amaterasu to make danzo inzangi to finish and also he place a genjutsu from the begining to make danzo believe that he had en extra sharingan to use izangai
