Doesn't matter, Impure world ressurection is a Jutsu the 2nd made, He can revive extremely powerful shinobi to fight for him as puppets, like Madara,Nagato,Itachi etc...And phyiscally , He was equal to kakashi in part 1 , now he's Kakakshi + Oro
