I think only Itachi's Susanoo is fully invincible because of the Yata mirror, It even blocked Kirin when it was incomplete, but I still don't think we have seen Madara's Susanoo fully. It was incomplete and as Blaze said you could still see it's rib's which is unlikely as the compllete Susanoo has full armor and the ribs are barely if not at all visible.
