Hmm, it depends how much Rasenshurikens 3rd can withstand. And I doubt he wil be using the hells finger technique, atleast not alot. And I wana see his black lightning.

Naruto, when he used the rasenshuriken it took out his raiton armor if he would hit him again it would probably mess him up pretty good, im guessing you vote for raikage since when someone says naruto wins you get defensive?

Well i voted for Raikage, but if i think more, i don't know if he can withstand 2-3 rasenshurikens...But also being controlled is completely different from acting on your own, i mean the RAikage is stronger and better in battle than Edo raikage (who's only + was that he could regenerate)
So in the end i still kinda go with Raikage, he could probably take out Naruto before Naruto has the chance to come out with a decent strategy.
Also remember that the trick with which he defeated Edo Raikage won't work him, because Raikage would deactivate the jutsu in time, due to him already knowing his own weakness.

I did, but you dont know for sure if this would also work on the real raikage and not edo form. Also even without his lightning armour (which is mostly for speed) his skin alone is said to be pretty tough. Therefore you cannot 100% say it would affect him
