I highly, highly, highly doubt that he had any individual or rare skill/power. In ther words, I don't think he was stronger than the original Uchiha. I think he was The Police Man due to his leadership skills, not his fighting skills. Enough said.

Everybody in the uchiha clan only had 3 Tomoe's because when itachia was getting arrested they only activated 3 tomoe. Because if they could go higher they would have and sussanno him right off the back lol

We don't know for sure, but I think Gildarts makes a good point. Fugaku would've put up a better fight if he had MS. I just don't think anyone stood a chance against Tobi. Not even being able to hit him and with Itachi alongside him...bad news for the Uchiha.
