The fight killed him so basically Sasuke did. The fight used up all the energy Itachi had which = death.

Naruto technically did not use inttelligant against edo raikage because the sensor link his mind to killerbee to get info to beat him
Naruto was save by itachi from nagato twice when his soul was extreacted and also when nagato use moon gravitational like jutsu
Naruto also was save by the half bakyugan guy when the raikage was going to attack ( he put naruto in a rubber ball to save him )

Sasuke had one fight that, according to YOUR logic, he fought fairly. Deidara

1. Naruto defeated Haku.
2. Kakashi saved Sasuke from the Demon Bros.
3. Naruto decided at the last minute to not go for Sasuke's hand when they fought at Valley of the End.
4. Naruto defeated Gaara when Gaara was beating Sasuke's ass.
5. Itachi planned his death with Sasuke.
6. Sasuke had Karin analyze Izanagi during the fight with Danzo. On top of that, if you really want to bitch about Naruto, we can say that when Sasuke's bullshit hatred burst him out of Danzo's seal, you clearly see Madara about to jump in. Had it been Sasuke and Danzo, Sasuke would be an Edo zombie right now.

That means, Itachi intended to die to GIVE Sasuke the MS.

Shisui did not commit suicide to give Itachi MS (I guess now we don't really know how it was given to him either).
