A still didn't know that Naruto was faster ... in chp 541 ... we see that "Now that 4th hokage is gone, I am the fastest shinobi alive" ... and then at the end of chp 544 "You're the second person to dodge my fastest attack" ... First was minato as we know in flashback in chp 543 ... now is Naruto in chp 544 ...

Minato was claimed to be the fast shinobi to live (without the FTG) and have the best reflexes in the world. Naruto at that time was just learning how to use his speed in actual combat. Naruto hasn't put his speed to the limit to actually test it against another speed user so he got hit a few times.

Naruto is the fast shinobi alive after surpassing Raikage at his top speed at that close distance.

Too all the Naruto haters sorry but he's the new yellow flash. Bee probably comes in at 3rd or 4th.

As niblack said, Naruto is just beginning to actually use his power. This is the first time he is actually using the speed KM gives him. As far as we know he was only training chakra hands and Tailed Bomb with Bee.

You cannot expect Naruto to have 100% mastery over the physical potential of KM the first time he is "really" using it.

it took a while, but i finally got the only missing piece of evidence to prove your statements wrong. (i didnt remember all the details about minato vs bee / raikage vs naruto).

so here we go...

oh wow i must not have paid much attention to it but bee really IS faster than naruto.. I just read chapter 541 over again "Raikage Vs Naruto" and as i was readin i noticed Naruto never kept up with the Raikage.. First the raikage came after naruto and naruto slighty moved and got hit (not full force cuz it wasnt direct) then naruto says.. "if i get hit with one of them clean im through".. thats when tsunade says its surpirsing naruto can even KEEP up with the raikage (but he couldnt which is why bee had to come in).. now naruto at this time realizes raikage is fast so he tell himself he gotta be faster (but he still wasnt fast enough)

If minato really wanted to kill bee at that moment, he couldve teleported back to a different kunai and used FTG - lvl 2. now i know that doesnt guarentee that minato is faster than bee...but we know at least that minato has an even faster move. (you even say, say "bee was able to keep up", not beat minato's FTG.) but this one is hard to prove either way as we need more info. at least this disproves that that bee isnt faster than minato (completely). we just dont know if bee is faster than FTG - level 2.

if none of you belive me i highly advise you to reread chap 541 and this time read it correctly.. naruto was TOO slow for the raikage which means bee is afterall faster.. naruto fast cuz of his tailed beast.. well bee has that too plus the lightning reflex's of all the previous raikages..
