Jesse's usual outfit consists of a blue above-waist-length jacket with dark blue outlines, a lavender shirt with frilled cuffs at the wrists of his sleeves, and black pants which are held up with a white belt. His blue hair juts in backward and down directions. at missions and fights he Usualy wear Konoha's ninja's outfit
Personality:
Jesse loves fighting and believes that all problems can ultimately be solved through it. He keeps going no matter how hard things get or how hopeless it seems, with a few exceptions (though it doesn't take much encouragement for him to start fighting again), although he does sometimes doubt himself. He always shows respect towards his opponents, with a few exceptions, even complimenting them during a fight. Jesse shows little interest in areas outside of fighting, which extends to his classes. When he chooses to attend them, he generally falls asleep. Despite his low grades, he is still regarded as one of Ninja Academy's best Ninjas. However, this attitude eventually shows itself as one of his greatest flaws, and causes him to be targeted by The Hokage. He shows a lack of knowledge in areas outside of fighting,He also seems ignorant of the dislike that other individuals have for him, as despite the obvious tension between the two, he considers himself to be good friends with Haku Yuki.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

Background Info.
History:
Jesse was born at Kirigakure with his dad[Mugen] and his mom[ don't know her yet T_T] and his brother Nero ,their dad was the best sensei teach genjutsu and taijutsu he didn't lose any match ,and his uncle was great at ice so he tough them ice,nero wasn't good at ice but jesse was great even he beat all the ice users when he was at 7 ,After 3 years he mastered all the elements and battle training and taijutsu,ninjutsu,kenjutsu,genjutsu ,He wanted to fight more people and earn more power so he leaft Kirigakure and went to konohagakure he met Izuna sama the hokage,he tought him how to become more stronger ,As he left and let izuna he met -Haku Yuki- who was from his clan he tough him some ice tricks then he left him and met ~crow~ who was his cousin but his family left the ice clan and went to kirigakure so when he was born he was on kirigakure so he learned dark release ,Then after they spent some time with each other they wanted to have a friendly fight ,they made a great fight they both was really talented,But Jesse was more skilled so he beat him then they went to eat some ramen at the ramen shop there they met yamato.. who was great friend to them then after they had the meal they went on a trp all over the world they first went to kumogakure they met gobi the steam master he beat alot of ninjas so they asked him to learn some skills from him ,He also tough him genjutsu and kaito's taijutsu then they met kirabi sensei who was so busy but he tought him some tricks after that they ledt kumo and went to iwa they met toku the tsuchikage he was very kind to them then they left it to kiri there they met dean kaguya who was great friend to himlili sensei luiz the free style taijutsu master then they left kiri to sunagakure they met there Rag the sand master and the kazekage and also they met Jacob Moore and keotsu who toughted them great kenjutsu style then they went to amekagure they threre met the kage of it the the pervy sage sama they and also Jesse met mig j.j the best friend he ever have after that he learned rain and mastered it then they left it ,On the way ~crow~ wanted to go to konoha and stay there so they both went there and lived there .
