Shisui Uchiha able to use Izanagi??? possible proof Tobi is shisui
This is just my theory, I dont know if its been posted before, but could Shisui be part senju? giving him izanagi? which means he couldve faked his death? it could explain who tobi really is, and how itachi had MS. now let me explain how I think he is part Senju, as we all know the Sage had two sons the older with the eyes and the younger with the body. Eventually the younger became senju and the older Uchiha... Heres the younger

is it me or is there a resemblance?!?!?!?! Plus Ao said Shisui had special chakra, which is just another senju trait!!! Now I know the Who is tobi thread has been around for awhile now, and theres things unexplainable like if Tobi really is Shisui then how old was he for the nine tails attack?? but Shisui does have short hair just like Tobi! Shisui was a master of the Shunshin no jutsu which could explain his(tobi's) speed, and he couldve just copied Space time ninjutsu with his regular sharingan, which could explain why Tobi never shows MS yet still does his space time tech! Well until Kishi deems this true, its just speculation!!! :flaw:

It would be kind of an lame reveal even by Naruto standards if it turned out to be him. Most people don't care anymore who is under that mask. I wonder how they can make it relevant to the plot if they it's revealed that it's not madara, or fake zetsu madara.

There's some logic in that but 1st. Shisui had special chakra in the EYES 2. space-time ninjutsu can not be copied in any conditions and 3. the senju ancestor doesnt look like shisui

there are conditions for izangi, and diffrent forms. Complete and incomplete.
As per madara vs konan you have to have senju, and uchiha dna for the complete version + a sharingan your willing to sacrifice.
Danzo had both requirements for the technique + his arm was augmented from orochimarus exp. Shusuis doryoku is diffrent than izangi, still both techs are powerful, one will seal the eye into darkness(izangi) but the other can be used to cast a powerful genjutsu to the point only other dojutsu can detect.

Well I think the Senju ancestor does look similar, and Shisuis right arm had special chakra too! As detected by Ao, so theres a slight chance I could be right. But even I think i am most likely wrong, cuz how would danzo have gotten his eye and the Nine tails incident... lols but you never know what twists the writer has in store for us, I mean who ever expected Itachi to be GOOD?? and who ever thought Kabuto would become what he became. lls this is all just speculation tho

I only agree with the thing that those 2 do look alike. But another argument to why it is not plausible is that Tobi/Madara said he got the SENJU dna from his fight with the First Hokage, if this person posing as Tobi is Shishui, and as you said would be part uchiha and part senju, Tobi's affirmation would not make any sense.

I also thought that Tobi is Shisui (It's still possible) but there is ONE thing that made me change my mind. When Sasuke fought Danzo, Tobi said (in his mind) something like ''I should be able to get Shisui's eye soon'' If Tobi is Shisui, he would have said that ''My eye''. But i still think that there is someone else than Madara behind the mask. Hopefully Kishi will surprise us.

Well Im not completely saying its Shisui, but its a very good chance it wouldnt be madara, the same way Orochimaru "made" yamato with the 1st hokages cells, it couldve just been redone... Dont you ever wonder who was in the coffin that Kabuto showed Tobi to get him soo scared? and why Kabuto says dont worry I wont tell?? Or why Kabuto said I had no luck finding Shisuis body???

Wow when i first started reading i was like omg here we go again some next bull crap theory about tobi being obito or zetsu clone wid some guy tryna piece it together by adding managa chapters that have no relevance but seriously wow that was a brilliant theory it makes sense to the last detail about him being missing on certain days like seriously thumbs up nice theory

The theory about Kagami Uchiha being Tobi has been around for quite some time, since the subtle connection can be noticed very easily. I was among the first people to point out the fact that Kagami was not present with the other elders during the nine-tails attack on Konoha, most people did not notice that, so I give you credit for that.
However, you have pointed out some additional info that makes good sense. Thinking back, the statement about Madara and Danzo last seeing eachother at the uchiha massacre would hold water when used in correlation with your theory. If Kagami was missing during the attack on Konoha, then its very possible he was working with Danzo at that point and later in the uchiha massacre. It also makes sense that Kagami would be most familiar with the last generation of Konoha shinobi, as you pointed out, much more sense than Uchiha Madara who had been away from the village for so long.
The only question I can ask, is why then did Itachi believe Tobi was in fact Madara? He referred to Madara as the only other Uchiha that obtained MS. So wouldn't that mean that Kagami never achieved it? I guess its possible that Kagami is Tobi and never had the MS himself, but it is all very confusing. I mean Itachi was certain that Tobi was Madara. Perhaps when it comes down to it, Kagami is the current 'Madara' but I'm certain that the original Madara still has a part to play in all this, beyond just being in Kabuto's 6th coffin. Madara still held some secrets that Itachi doesn't know off and also, the Konoha elders might not have told Itachi everything, especially things that he didn't need to know.
