Its not what we call fact. Its what the Manga has provided as canon.
BUT, some fools try and live out a manga thinking it will come true.

Madara said that the 9T attack on Konoha 16 years ago was a natural disaster, BUT as we've seen it's not completely true.

That being said, everything Madara has said about the 2 brothers, RS, Jyuubi must not be facts right? Yet the manga is playing out as if it is. So its really a perspective thing.

actually we've must come to think that minato have achieve a great mastery with the space/time technique.

Plus considering that he created the rasengan, which we learned... was really close to the technique used by tailed beasts.

didn't finish it since he killed himself to stop the fox but he did create it so he mastered that part about as much as kakashi and jiraiya did, and yeah hes as fast as lighting cloak raikage which was faster then a sharingan could see and fast enough to dodge juugo's chakra blast at point blank range.

I have a hunch that the Jutsu was part of the Forbidden Jutsu that Shodaime put away, the same scroll Naruto stole to become a Genin.
