Itachi (completely healthy) vs Sasuke (MS)

Who do you think would win, Itachi if he was healthy and never had a disease/going blind, or Sasuke, with his MS awakened(not his EMS) and he is not yet blind/worn out from all those fights using his MS? Please make it a good discussion, tell who and why

yes itach is invinsaable ( and we dont know what jutsu come from ems its the same thing and if you did itachi would be blind to no)

i think what people arent realizing is that, when perfectly healthy, itachi would be on an entirely different level than almost everyone. sasuke would get destroyed. itachis speed is better, genjutsu is better, taijutsu is better, ninjutsu is better. itachi is better at everything. hes like sasuke x10

EMS Sasuke > Itachi (healthy)
Difference between MS Sasuke and Itachi isnt big at all. What Sasuke lacks to his older brother are super fast hand seals, explosive clones and skill in genjutsu. On the other hand, Itachi dont have high-level Raitons and cant manipulate Amaterasu. He has Totsuka sword and Yata mirror though, so hes overall stronger. But now, when Sasuke has EMS hes stronger than Itachi. The source of his new eye technique is EMS, so its only logical that its stonger than Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu or Susanoo.

well itachi (half blind and sick) pretty much dropped dead after beating sasuke so if he was healthy he would scalp sasuke and wear his new haircut.

INdeed he was half blind and sick but he didn't want to live from that exerpience anyways. EVEN in that bad state I think had he been trying to kill sasuke he would have.. All he wanted to do was get Orochimaru out of sasuke and then die so that sasuke culd be bring back honor to the uchiha and be a "hero" ... so he wanted to die..

Sasuke didn't have the Ms at the time.... also Sasuke had the upper hand at taijutsu, and he can manipulate Amaterasu much easier than itachi... so it's hard to say. However, Itachi was a brilliant man and most likely would had found a way to kill sasuke. Itachi would had probably fallen back on Susanoo... and his was better equipped than Sasuke"s. Hard fight but Itachi would win in the end!
