Who's Better At Lightning Techniques?

I was arguing with someone on a previous thread about who is the best lightning element user out of KAKASHI and DARUI and need some people's opinions on it.
PS:Storm Element doesn't count as lightning element technique.

Im Going with Kakashi on this one because he created his own original justsu from lightning and that Chidori Dog he did on Pain was awesome as well and how he was able to absorb Kakuzu's lightning attack with his bare hands.

Darui's lightning tech is overrated because its black.

I think Kakashi has developed another lighting based attack other than that Lighting hound ( or whatever its called ) during the 3 year time skip, i mean Kamui and his new form of Chidori cant be the only thing he has created over three years. Hasn't Sasuke developed a couple of new lighting based attacks, well whatever Sasuke can do with Lighting element so can Kakashi.

Thats what i'm saying we haven't seen Kakashi's all yet.
Just because Darui is from Kumo and they specialize in Lightning Element doesnt mean him Raikage or Bee is the best.

Thats why I cant wait to see kakashi on his rampage so he can show everybody all his best and most powerful techs.

Just get over it, we can't decide over a winner, because we've all these Lightning Techs from Kakashi and only 2 or 3 from Darui, just let the Manga progress a few more weeks, (If we learn any thing else about Darui), the we can decide!

I totally Disagree, your making your decision based only on how much you know each charater. Saying that, you know nothing about Darui and his Lightning Techs. P.S. Sasuke is way better than Kakashi at Lightning Techs.
