The new members awoke the next morning, got dressed and made thier way to the meeting room for breakfast. As they arrived they noticed an envelope on the table addressed to "Task Force Kira." Inside they found a note. It read;
Fellow members,
My apologies, but the stress of this investigation is too much for me to bare. I cannot live my life like this any more. Please forgive me....

The members all ran to Nikkou Arashi's room to find her still in bed. As they stood in the doorway they noticed her body seemed to change. The members rubbed thier eyey and moved closer. Nikkou began to change into a Shinigami. The sheets which had previously been white were now stained crimson red. Nikkou had slit her wrists, but the members knew this was not voluntary. They knew when they found the Death Note Nikkou's name would be inked in it.
