Seeing as how Stargate is seemingly inactive, or trying to fade and avoid attention, although it doesn't matter at this point, not sure if its a good thing or not.

I am happy to compromise and vote for Stargate. However, if stargate turns out to be town, then The Big Boss would be my next focus.

I am, occasionally, busy with IRL stuff. Waluigi can confirm that my activity patterns as town can be very erratic.

I say this as sincerely as I can. If I were scum, why would I not have killed you over Haze? You're more active, you're the main person scumreading me, and by shooting you I could have argued that scum were trying to frame the doc claim by getting rid of someone actively claiming.

In my opinion the wolf role thief, acts like a role cop, they're stealing powers from people, it's even stronger than a role cop for that reason.

I think they're able to determine that certain people were vanilla town, possibly Kirikoe, possibly Big Boss, if either is town.

I think that's what's going on at night and since they didn't steal from you, but did steal from me, I am not sure you're the doctor you claim to be.

But, your slot did claim it on day one, and a doctor isn't particularly useful to the wolf team after the town vigilante got shot.

So I guess it makes sense.

I feel like this game could be solved if all the pieces were put together in one small place. There's so much data and claims now, it should be solvable.

But people are just, trashing each other and undermining each other and there's no trust anymore.

I don't know what to do, I'm trying to raise morale and calm people but I'm losing it myself.

Yes. I would like reads on the folks not being discussed, particularly.

All the discussion about AP and Naomi and myself doesnt even move the needle on who the wolves are.

I currently want to believe the folks who are most upset and behaving like chicken littles are town and the folks who are just, calm and unperturbed by the situation are sitting back and happily letting it unfold.

That's a game state read, it's my take on the whole situation, but I prefer to present something more than a hunch when I iso folks come the morrow.

I like Gutsy, his readslist is good and I appreciate the willingness to question slots other people were ignoring.

Not as firm a TR on Rohan. He has some good posts I liked, but the focus on Big Boss as the only scumread might suggest a bus attempt.

My current solve is Big Boss/Ekko/Rohan.

I like Rohan the most, but there's no other options for me. Naomi and AnimePigeon are masons, not firing there. Kirikoe and Waluigi both feel naturally towny off their posts.

It's not some master solve so much as the three of them feel the least towny. There's been a lot of pressure from Rohan, and some from Ekko, on Big Boss, likely distancing (see Big Boss being so willing to die tomorrow when I flip town), and Big Boss hasn't put any pressure on those two slots when he's targeted pretty much everyone else at least once.

This makes sense from a mech POV, but from a social POV?

Big Boss is committed to his reads, and is consistently trying to push them, stopping thread from getting distracted. Wolves 100% kill that slot if they're right. If I was scum, I'd have shot him because otherwise there's an active town voice who is tunnelled on me. Likewise, I can only assume scum assumed Waluigi had protection, otherwise why keep him alive if town?

You're telling Big Boss you think Rohan is bussing Big Boss, and it reads like you're speaking to the general audience instead of Big Boss himself.

I think sometimes wolves do this, they reply to someone but speak to the town as a whole because their goal is to persuade the town to kill townies, not necessarily to speak directly to the person they're talking to.

I'm obviously not going to convince you that you're a wolf, here, SG18, I'm just explaining to you why I'm having trouble finding you town.

I feel like, if I went through your whole iso, and just stacked up all the posts where I can't town read you, and we talked it out, it would be the best way forward.

Either, you can show me your town solve process all game and address what concerns I have, or, you don't.

And if you're town you can determine if I'm solving you in good faith or not.

I need to find five townies. I have 2 for free, so I need 3 more.

I have to be careful, I can afford to misread 1 wolf, maximum. I can make it six names for town, but I can allow only 1 wolf in those six.

I am also not sure if our schedules are going to match up in time so we might need to snail mail each other our responses.

This is the most reasonable path forward I have, the alternative is we join in with the mutual OMGUS voting everyone else is doing and hope that somehow works out.

Spoiler: sometimes its not worth it

I'm not going to say this is a loss in progress but it feels that way, and sometimes, it's just not worth the hours of investment, and I only say that because I poured so very very much into games like the paint splattered game, the cafe la soleil, the rigged revolver, so many others, and even if I crushed papers, please, it hurt me too much and cost me a little bit too much of my happiness to get it to happen.

I will try to provide the best solve I can in the morning.

I will, however, question this - why the scrutiny? Why the demand for an incredibly detailed, citated solve, when others haven't provided nearly as many reasons?

Or, to put it simply, why am I your top scumread, above all others, who needs to be personally vetted so you'll consider finding me town?
