I don't know what you're on about now? As we've seen the fourth not have any special feats, even killer bee who he tried an FTG sneak attack on was able to easily react and intercept.

That is while ignoring Obito has speed feats where he moves at KCM1 levels of speeds + against Naruto. And even then Naruto needed to be save by Guy sensei and Kakashi. His perception and speed feats are insane.
Minato lacks any physical strength features from what I recall. Therein, it's likely that Obito exceeds him in that battle facet by virtue of harbouring Hashirama's magic life enhancing cells, and cheeses the win eventually. His speed features VS Team Guy, Kakashi, Killer Bee and KCM Naruto additionally tilts the battle scales in his favor.

Obito having superior eyes only goes so far as to make his visual prowess superior to how it would be without those eyes. It does not necessitate that he has superior visual capabilities to other characters, as their powers develop only relative to their individual selves.
To compare any number of characters, you must use targets that both can connect to, such as their showings against opponents of similar/measurable capability relevant to whatever ability is being compared.
Did KB react or predict? Besides that, can we be sure Obito would have performed better? Remember that was a jonin Minato who was still developing, although I would not say he improved by much myself.
That was an Obito boosted by Rinnegan energy. As we have seen, higher grade eyes bring higher grade energy that boosts physical speed. The team was also fighting cautiously since they we afraid of his warping powers. The fact that Gai totally outclassed his warping in standard form is a clearer showing of the speed Obito has, since he himself was not holding back. Unless you say Gai in standard form is equal/superior to KCM Naruto, Obito was far below KCM Naruto at full speed. To bring that arguement, you would also have to explain how Gai went from needing the 7th Gate to achieve a similar speed dominance over Kisame that KCM0 (first ever usage, no stability) Naruto had, to now moving at the same speeds as a KCM1 (possibly 2, depending on whether Kurama had started co-operating yet) Naruto while in standard gate-less form. And how such an improvement occurred in so few chapters.
Well, you don't actually have to explain why something happened, so long as you can prove it actually did occur. However, because so much is debatable, an arguement is stronger when it makes logical sense, with reasoning behind events.

Minato was physically compared to the 4th RK in standard form, while Obito could definitely match him as a teenager and was moving alongside Kakashi in the 4th War (albeit with Rinnegan energy boosts), Kakashi being on the same level as V1 4th RK via Sasuke.

I agree with the supposition that, physically, Obito >> Minato, but I'm not sure if I'd conflate Kakashi being physically equality with a significantly exhausted, emaciated MS Sasuke as implicative of the fact that MS Sasuke ~= Kakashi, tbh. Although, I'd say that MS Kakashi manifesting Raikiri variants is definitely equatable or likely exceeds, physically, by a slight margin.

No chance he was losing himself to the Rinnegan. The only thing it granted him was access to the paths, however as a fuel source it would use his chakra. Whatever Obito did there, was Obito's own power.

Actually, I was alluding to the instance where Kakashi intercepted MS Sasuke before he could penetrate Sakura with a Chidori. I think that Sasuke was significantly exhausted to the point of being incapable of utilizing his max speeds.

Do you subscribe to the narrative that characters could utilize thier max speeds, while significantly exhausted, or is it localized to this specific instance?

Their technical max speeds? No. The nature of tiredness means some parts of your body/mind won't be applicable to movement, so you can't reach your literal 100%, but you'll only be down to 95% at worst.
So you'll practically be at full speed, just for a shorter amount of time, since you'll likely drop dead as soon as tiredness (physical damage to muscles etc) reaches vital parts.

Of course, in this series, will power beats physical limits, as we saw with Kimimaro and Jiraiya.
