alice and elmage have a special relationship, and it looks as though she's slipping TMI on his alignment being town, because she's 100% on the defence with that post and countering his points that he didn't even make yet. (which is just generically wolfy, even bringing in night kills? cmon.)

but the point being that it looks as though she doesn't have her mind made up yet at all / there's no progression on his alignment even though almost a half of the thread opened up saying he was a wolf.

and then Elmage voting for Alice should've really riled her up imo and glean into his alignment somehow, but she's in full defence mode already and is appealing to him. it's woalfy because obv no progression on Elmage (and isn't even trying to "Oh Elmage, I thought you knew how to...") and she's bringing in her relationship with elmage in play where the only way she can move him off her is by defending herself (at least in her eyes)

hope this makes a bit of sense. there's basically no progression in her head on Elmage (that you can gleam from her TOAN) and her tone seems to be placed in an exact w/v scenario against her and Elmage. i reckon this one's harder to make sense of, you'd really need to have seen their dynamic previously.

I agree that it is more defensive than to be expected, but I don't think there is no progression. You should keep in mind that an entire night period has passed for people to reflect on their reads and stuff, and while people normally explain why their read has changed, both Elmage G Ace and Alice In Noodleland opened up with them accusing each other, with no explanation except that today's lynch is between them.

It's a little scummy for the unnecessary defensiveness part, but I don't think it outweighs Alice In Noodleland's EoD yesterday

it should be within alice / elmage anyway. i think we can afford to be wrong on them and still have another vote to make.

Ya Fait-Accompli had a scum lean on Alice In Noodleland, but also on a few others, with his biggest scumread being Nikamara, so idk

@Guillotina we already have 2 flips plus some votes to analyse. I guess you havent reached EoD1 yet? We are between Elmage and Alice as yeet candidates.

Also I ask myself if its done with two mafias. Also it seems we have no vig this time? If I were vig I had shot for sure to narrow down the PoE and for excitement. Except the vig is restricted, so it would not matter if we yeet Elmage or Alice because the vig would shoot the other one if we misyeet.

But I personally feel safer with Alice. I get too many scum meta flashbacks even if her introduction contained her town energy.
Let's me think that Alice is putting effort in her first two or three posts and then gambles to be town read. It backfire and now we reach a consensus to lynch her plus there wasnt even any good defence from Alice yet.

I'm still most suspicious of Ace and Alice and don't want to sound like a broken record. Ace>Alice. Stick to the PoE.

There is something about this Fait kill though. Is it a kill Alice would make? I don't think so. The person who did it either a) was being suspected by Fait, b) wanted to cast suspicion on the players were were suspicious of Fait. I don't think this is an Alice move. Assuming there are 2 mafia, If she were scum it would have been better to kill Ace (a notably good player on this forum), me who she kept townreading and could have implicated Fait for an easy lynch, An inactive who gives the community little to no info, or simply anyone on the Soul Train (God I love saying that).

In none of my scenarios does a Fait kill make sense coming from her.

Guillotina's post so far as decent. I think we are on the right track taking out Ace and then Alice if the game doesn't end.

The more I think about it, the more this Fait kill really throws me I feel like there is something important I'm missing.

Even after all these interractions with Soul which to my mind (and most others) were clearly scummy (Michelle can vouch for me post game that even though I failed to make the case in the thread when I started reading I said I'm suspicious of Soul and Fait) Fait not only voted a no lynch which gives no info, he also made a scum list which didn't have Soul at all. Fait would have been prime lynch material...

Who pulled this trigger and why. Is it as easy as Ace> Alice?

Anyone have any thoughts to infer on this. Hate to say it, but Fait is such a bad kill I'm more inclined to think a bad player did it XD. The only way the Fait kill works is if you set it up to throw suspicion on his prime suspect and no one has been sussing me. X-x WHAT AM I MISSING HERE??

If he is purposely lurking and knows that people can see him, then that might be a good look, since he knows it will get attention. Though if he does this as green, then he might feel obligated to do the same as red, as it doesn't require much more effort, and it makes his playstyle look more similar.

Do you guys know if he lurked like this before, or if it is a new thing?

How do you know he is lurking? Because of the active status?

If so, making reads based on this is angleshooting, then again i'm new to this site and i dont know if you have these rules, but i apply them everywhere i play.

No i havent caught up to EoD yet and won't for a while as im leaving for work and today i work 12 hours.
So you scum read Alice and Elmage, i'll keep that in mind.
