Yeah, his girlfriend recently passed away like the wind. No one saw a thing, she never woke up and made it to work. It's really sad thinking about it. She was only 28.

It can be rough. Honestly, there isn't much you can do to force it to happen. Just encounter new people until hopefully you find someone who you like even more. I am a believer that at some point you should confess your feelings to them - for closure if nothing else - but that can depend on how well you know/knew each other, as well as how strong the feelings are/were and what they are/were based on.
