The host already answered the question in the post just above yours. It seems they will get notified that they are jailed if you try a night action at them.

I asked the host if that's only exclusive to some rules, but it seems every visiting role would be informed their target is jailed.

Well, I doubt kc51581 is scum in that case because he wouldn't have been able to make a kill last night, and seems like Rej has been killed.

What he could be, though, is a Serial Killer, as Red mentioned, because you'd normally find more than one Night Kill, one wof which would be done by a SK, unless there's no SK, which we don't know yet, or the SK has not killed anyone to give us that impression, which I doubt. Only Rej was killed last night, which probably makes him a non-scum player but definitely raises more questions, I really think the theory that he's a SK is worth considering.

I'd consider the possibility that Rej was killed by a SK, and the mafia's action has failed, but the act of cleaning his role solidifies it. It's a scum act.
