When people think of CQC skills they wrongly assign proficiency with it to styles and the sort, but the superior CQC fighters in Naruto all make display of the fact by achieving the same things: dodging & parring extremely efficiently alongside consistently landing hits. Those are what matter most and whoever can do them the best is superior in CQC.

Now ask yourself, who the hell is going to land a hit on RSM level speed & reaction Sakura? Next question, who is going to dodge one of her lightspeed punches?
Last question is tied with a hypothetical. There are two Lees that are exactly the same in age and everything else. They leave each other to meet some wise teachers or smthing and become stronger. One, we'll call him Leaf, learns SM and nothing else while the second, we'll call him Leeo, learns some taijutsu shit like Hidden Lotus. That took the two of them one month. Now that they're back together, who's gonna win the spars? The one with fancy moves or the one with insane reactions and increased physical strength?

Sakura has absolutely zero chance of beating Sasuke in CQC. Sasuke has shown speed, reflexes and strength on RSM Naruto levels on several occasions, accompany by the EMS.

Sakura has absolutely zero chance of beating Sasuke in CQC. Sasuke has shown speed, reflexes and strength on RSM Naruto levels on several occasions, accompany by the EMS.

All of the top feats we've seen from Sasuke has been with assistance from his eyes, and his CQC doesn't seem to put Naruto down. Sakura has similar reflexes & speed to Naruto & possibly stronger strength, so she's still a contender.

She does have 5 stars in CQC according to Boruto stats.

That was before Byakugo and her other awakening, so your point only stands if you believe Byakugo changed nothing. It's not like she needs to fight anyone either since we know her reaction and speed already grant her next level CQC skills. It's like limiting Sasuke's CQC skills to when he got kicked by Lee.

But those 50 techniques are still useless to a SM user for the most part. And it's not actually true either going by how Lee's two years of training before the chuunin exams only amounted to 2 Gates being accessed and around 5 techniques with names. Those techniques are just kicks and punches with names for the most part as well.

That was before Byakugo and her other awakening, so your point only stands if you believe Byakugo changed nothing. It's not like she needs to fight anyone either since we know her reaction and speed already grant her next level CQC skills. It's like limiting Sasuke's CQC skills to when he got kicked by Lee.

We all know what and how byakugo works and increasing someone CQC skills in not Byakugo ability.If you disagree feel free to post scans that prove Byakugo increases someone CQC skills or even speed or reflexes.

Sakura never demonstrated even average CQC skills.

Only certain characters demonstrated great CQC skills :
- Might Gai demonstrated great CQC skills against Obito and in entire series.
- Neji did too for part 1 standards.
- Killer Bee against Sasuke in sword fight.
- Blind weaponless Madara against EMS Sasuke.

If I do say so myself,
Sakura was never labelled linear, it's just fanfic created from Sakura Haters that somehow became a mass fan fact. (Mostly caused by something Kakashi said in a filler of naruto and Sakura fighting him.)
How dare you compare the likes of Kakashi, Lee, or Gai's flexibility to Sakura's own. Sakura's flexibility is some of the best and her eyes are > Sharingan Kakashi.
In the Sasori fight Sakura was maneuvering like crazy unassisted and Chiyo was using her as the perfect rag doll. Sakura was so flexible and so swift and strong, and her eyes caught everything. A puppet can only do what it was built to.
