Episode 65 - Worth watching

Hey,

Episode 65 is pretty cool. The action is pretty well done. IF you guys miss some proper Sasuke and Naruto going at it, you should watch this episode.

Literally got done watching it a few seconds ago. Definitely one of my favorite episodes out of any anime I've ever seen. A classic. 10/10. Gonna watch it again now.

Agreed, way better than the movie fight, they did right by this one, nardo and sauce put in work. No hating here.

Also, momo made a comparison between the ootsutsuki pills and the kote device, personally I don’t think the comment was put in for nothing

Sorry I’m watching right now so I’m adding as I go. Adding lightning to rasengan to make a vanishing rasengan seems a lil off when kakashi ended up creating an entirely different jutsu when he tried applying lightning to the rasengan

Yeah, they basically scrapped the original "Change in nature" and added an explanation to it. Sasuke pulling that CT was glorious. Pretty good episode in terms of action.

I was under the impression that the Jougan has a bit of sharingan abilities when Boruto dodged Momoshiki punch. Precognition maybe?

Momoshiki and Boruto dimensional shifting is also well put.

The Jougan was also well used and it actually connects some things that were left behind by the Manga. I have no idea how they are going to surpass this from now on, this was probably the best episode this anime will ever get and all thanks to the work of Kishimoto, some good animators and Naruto plus Sasuke presence.

Jougan precog = CONFIRMED! He can clearly murk anyone in his new gen when his eye is active.

Also Rasengan = Lightning! They are really pushing lightning as his main affinity.

I was thinking the same, next ep or so it’ll pop up. They also didn’t show sasuke being aware of momo and borutos lil talk like in the manga, at least not yet

The animators and people involved in this episode and that were called to work on it are part of the web generation. They literally grew with naruto like we did. No wonder everything was properly done and used. A big budget was used in this ep, no doubt. At least 7 different young uprising stars in animation were used afaik.

Yeah, the ameno usage overall was fantastic.
