If KK had her into a life or death situation, she'd be forced to upgrade her Sharingan. Or at least she could've tried a long-range attack?

It's just plain bad writting. Honestly, I could cite dozens of ways that would've been better writting than Sarada just yelling at KK demanding for answers, the lack of creativity is strong.

1 - She has never really activated her Sharingan in the manga only at the chunin exams to deactivate a fodder Genjutsu
2 - Yeah, she can use all Sharingan's abilities with 1T, but I'm pretty sure they will get enhanced @ 2T/3T

@Melanin. Salad mastering her sharingan or being stronger than the new genin doesnt change the fact that they have New or underexposed abilities for us to see unlike sharingan and CES which have been exposed a lot and/or are relatively boring.

So you want to see her activate sharingan in the manga because she hasn't activated sharingan in the manga? Just because? If you ask me the timing and opponent need to be right. Her right with buntan made very clever use of the sharingan abilities and it's in a fight like that that she should be getting upgrades imo. Not just randomly happening because KK showed up. I mean imo it was already bad enough how contrived her 1T was unlocked when it could have just happened when she found out Karin is her motheŕ, so to speak. Don't want a repeat of that with 2 and 3t.

Hmmm, it looks like KK places high regard on Mitsuki becsuse he is orochimaru son. Maybe hes a relatives of Jiriaya aware of his affair with Orochimaru which makes all the more interesting to see signifying Mitsuki future role. I wonder how Orochimaru fit in all of this.

Timing is more than right. She has been stuck with 1T since 2015 when Gaiden came out.

Why not KK? He's the perfect opponent. If Mitsuki had not held her back, she'd have tried to fight him, and he'd put her in a life or death situation in which she'd be forced to fight going all out or die. Sharingan upgrade would be certain. But of course, that'd outshine Boruto and such a thing would never happen.

Be honest with yourself, you know damn well Sarada ain't getting a solo fight with anyone anytime soon. Maybe she'll fight a Kara member in a distant future. This was the perfect opportunity that got wasted.

Her sharingan awakening wasn't bad at all. Actually, it's very plausible.

Sakura explained how she awakened it: when she was young and Sasuke left.

Sarada's sharingan awakening being triggered by someone who's not even remotely related to her is wack/shitty writting and you know it. Karin "being the mother" briefly is meaningless and has no impact in Sarada's life, as it changed a couple chapters later on, while the absence of a father is way more impactful and has a heavier meaning/influence on Sarada's character. At this point, you're just trolling.

Acts like absorbing ninjutsu or a branch of ninjitsu (fuinn Jutsu) is a new thing. Acts as if a knock of a Byakugan is a new thing. LB your clutching at straws .

I didn't expect anything new per se(maybe a bit here and there jutsuwise), Naruto covered many angles jutsu variety etc I just expected good writing. Character development etc instead we have Boruto D riding every chapter along with ass pull on top of ass pull.
