Agreed.Kodachi inability to write isn't new, he always got the reputation to be a subpar writer tbh.
The art is trash, the writing is bad... is there really something to expect from the Boruto series, I really wonder. Kodachi has to bait the readers with a flashforward, just show how bad he is.
I feel sad for people getting hyped/waiting monthly over this. The best thing that could happen to the series is being canceled which is more than likely since the novels sales are inexistent, the manga sales are bad and the TV ratings garbage. Why on earth would anyone want to put interest in a subpar series when you can read masterpiece such as Kingdom,Vinland Saga,Berserk,Jojo's etc, no wonder the sales are trash.

Shitty writer, shitty art, slow moving plot combined with monthly releases Boruto is more than likely to fail if this keeps up.
Tbh I don't understand Ao's purpose of being re-introduced anymore. The only thing he had going for him was his Byakugan. But Konohamaru predicted that Ao lost is eye and OD now confirms that Ao's trump-card is not the Byakugan.

It's not Hyuga fans some Hinata fans, the problem is we expect to see something and are disappointed. With the forest of death, nobody expected it till it happened it was new to the first time readers, do you really think Kodachi would do something we'd expect in this regard?

Well the series is just confirmed trash. No seal, no doujutsu (Byakugan or Jougan). Instead we'll have robots and other bullshit. Already dropped the filler anime. See how this arc ends before I drop this crap.

I swear, the logic of these people is hilarious. But given most are SS fans like Vulpini, it's no surprise they don't understand how proper build up and writing works, considering they also loved Salad being Sakura's kid despite all the build up to that not being the case and how much more potential she'd have as a Sasu-Karing clone. I guess some people will just accept bad writing if it devalues characters they hate and gives them a W for their crap pairings.
