First of all before you even post things out of your assfind me someone else called a GF Master that isn't Hiashi or Hinata.

Secondly, Neji likely would've achieved the title first if he wasn't killed off but alas Neji is no longer with us.

You can have more then one Master of the GF and even then the power scaling of Masters' can have one Master outrank the other.

But a MASTER is better then someone who is not.
