I am assuming the reason why Naruto couldn't reopen his blocked chakra point when he got soloed by Himawari is because both Naruto and Kurama are fused together after naruto released the seal.

Agree with you on this. Cant believe trolls such as belserion exist in NB. Anything bar Jinchuuriki is literally useless. And im an uchiha fan.
