Madz orchestrated the sealing of the 3 tails into Rin not the blood mist village becoming the blood mist.

He didn't but obito may have wanted to considering he didn't know about madz planning that. My main point is I doubt yagura was the blood thirsty ninja this show makes him out to be. It just feels so dumb to see somebody lose all composure when touching a blade because of who their grandad is.
