Smoothie is not even close to dogtooth's level he's the strongest crew member, remember ? There's 1st mate commander level and then the rest of the commander are like warlord level. Smoothie would most likely fit with dofy, jinbei, ace, jozu, crocodile, and hancock's group of people.

Pedro (though may cost him his life) and Jinbei had good showings. At least they were able to stop one of Dogtooth's attacks and severely damage Pero to the brink of death unlike everyone else who got one-shotted back and forth. A fighters chance against a Yonkou threat like that is good showings to me. Sanji's brother gave like no damages and were seen battered off panel. I was expecting something grandiose from them.

Not even close. Even in some of the caption during the recent chapters talked about luffy facing the power of a billion bounty. A billion bounty threat is a lot more than those stuck in the 500-900 million range in a yonkous ship. We've seen luffy beat Cracker and we've seen luffy not even put a scratch on Dogtooth indicating the difference in strength between a first mate commander level compared to the rest. Smoothie being any where near Dogtooth is a speculation that you believe in and one that doesn't make sense when you add Cracker in the mix.
Warlords being beaten pre time skip doesn't mean anything, because we've seen lucci get overpowered at cp9 and now he's at the top of cipher pol 0 with the strongest.
The reason why I put here with the original warlord level is because Ace was offered a set as a warlord by the govt. due to his threat level and power, in which he was granted a seat at 2nd commander level at Whitebeards ship. Even though there's no rank between them besides the 1st mate, Shanks said that Ace was strong enough to fill that position anyways.
So that's the best way to gauge her strength atm.

Dude Ace is garbage compared to people like Katakuri and Marco.

His durability is garbage since one punch from Yami Teach almost broke his neck.
He has no speed feats.
He has no strength feats which put him above people like G2/3 Luffy and Zoro.

It's not possible for Doflaimngo to fight some one who has the whole terrain/country as their advantage over him regardless if Doflamingo is way stronger than them or not.
