I see no moon level chidori nor do I see Obito say that Sakura has more chakra than anything but a clone. Try again.
It all comes down to Naruto VS Sasuke. If anything, Sakura being able to empower Sasuke via Byakogou, regardless of how small of a boost, would make Sasuke slightly stronger than Naruto, who is already eons stronger than everyone else. So as it stands, team Sasuke is more powerful than team Naruto.

That's obviously not how it works. If the boost is miniscule then nothing changes in their fight. A miniscule boost won't let PS defeat Kurama. At the very best Naruto would be forced to defend, but would still be capable of forcing a tie.
Not like there is any reason to believe Sakura's chakra will further enhance the power of a matured Sasuke who has already obtained half of Hagoromo's chakra let alone enough to let him defeat Naruto. He has far more and far stronger chakra than she does. So no, Naruto's family is stronger.
Not to mention there is no reason for it come down to Naruto vs. Sasuke when there are 2 other people on each side.

It would boost his attacks to a new level like it did with onoki against madara and obito who could not travel through kaguya dimensions without sakura who was not even at full strength. Sasuke could just absorb all of narutos chakra as well so naruto can only use hand to hand combat if they fought.

Let me just stop you there. Base sasuke chidori is moon busting but sakura enhanced sasuke has the power to destroy a star with a single chidori.
That was a novice sasuke with the rennigan who couldn't even absorb charkra till the end of the fight. He Sasuke can just absorb all of narutos attacks. That why the had to use hand to hand vs those two people in the boruto movie. The Only way to beat an experienced rennigan user is to have one yourself.
