You can't be an Ashura incarnate unless you have Ashura's body, Naruto and Sasuke have the strongest genes among all of Hagoromo's descendants.

Boruto's Hyuga powers wouldn't have Otsutsuki potential if Naruto wasn't "full" Uzumaki.

She's have adopted her chakra control, genjutus affinity and her intelligence. Sakura chakra control is more precise and is of a higher degree than sasuke's.
