You're wrong. Sasuke's eye and Madara's eye are two different eyes with different abilities, even though they are classified as Rinnegan. This isn't false, go read the manga.

Kaguya would've done pretty much anything she did even if she had used the Byakugan of a random Hyuga fodder. Sasuke and Madara can't do the same. They can't use a Rinnegans that isn't theirs to the same extent.

Kaguya's Byakugan has literlly the same abilities as a regular Byakugan. The only thing that changes is the fact that she is a God - not the case for a Hyuga.

Actually not true. She might have gotten the tenseigan had she used hanabi eyes.

And the same isn't true in reverse. Obito and nagato had madara's rinnegan. Neither could do what madara did.
