Madara with rinnegan has rikudou chakara. Remember, Indra's chakara + Asura's chakara = Hagoromo's chakara = rikudou chakara which awakens the rinnegan. The OP said that it had to be someone without rikudou chakara (meaning that we can't use Madara with Hashirama's cells in this context). About Guy, see above.
