Umm she was restricted due to plot
Sakura is the only character in the manga who could've increased in power at any point in the manga without it being an asspull or handout due to her charkra control and intellect.

Sakura has the ability to kill her teammates without much effort, unlike the other characters. She has one of the most powerful offenses and defenses so let's not.
Can naruto tank her hit? No
Can Sasuke tank her hit? No
Sakura won't go down easily

Seriously,Narutobase has some Bias members.members who like claiming they have no favourites,when its clear as day that they do.
and whats wrong about accepting the obvious,Sakura is a badly written character,and excels at being written poorly.Even Kishi admitted it.and the most pathetic action her fans commit by comparing her with a side character,one who is almost as popular as the main characters.
Whereby Kishi was trying to write a side character like Hinata,he ended up writing the perfect main heroine,
while doing the opposite for Sakura,this is truly pathetic.

They're just salty that a side character is more popular and liked than their fav.

To be fair to Sakura Noodles was always getting kyubi chakra (4th seal) and arsepull handouts he'd be around iruka level without them.
The sauce would've been Sharingan Kakashi level without handouts.
So in all honeslty could she surpass them possibly if their handouts where removed it may be a whole other ball game.

So people compare Sakura to other non MCs because they didn't receive handouts. Even then it's on pairings because I don't see Sakura beating shino (due to jutsu type) and Shikamaru (unless she outlast him).

Even without handouts, Fusion SM Naruto and MS Sasuke would wreck Suckura easily. She can't touch either of them in taijutsu. Katsuyu is useless against their summonings. She simply doesn't stand a chance.
