Sasuke has better variation imo, from chidori, to Nagashi, to senbon to spear. Sasukes are more versatile. Naruto has rasengan, Odama rasengan and frs(not sure if you wanna count his tailed beast variants). He can run at you, or throw it, but that's pretty much it, narutos pack more punch though it seems

Sasuke's are more versatile that's for sure, Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Senbon, Chidori Sharp Spear, Chidori Katana all of them are different, meanwhile Naruto makes either bigger rasengan or rasenshuriken with different chakra nature. Naruto's are more powerful, but that's because his using bijuu's power for them.

depends on what someone means by "better". Sasuke has variants that are effective for almost any given situation regardless of how close an ally is close to the target. Naruto mostly has destructive AoEs that are pretty to look at but can't quite use if an ally is in the target's immediate vicinity.
