She solos. It's more than enough to proof that she has Uchiha blood running through her veins.

And Uchiha blood is pure too so I don't know what you mean by that. If Uchiha blood is mixed with Hyuga blood, it'll be almost impossible to identify because both come from a similar ancestor.
