It's all both side's fault. Some whites do actually feel threatened not by racism but by what racial groups stand for or behaviours.
for example, in the US, the blacks favor the thug life and being an overall degenerate criminal. Chinese are just ill mannered, talking about mainland not HK, when they visit other countries.
There are refugees who demand that the hosting country(ies) comply and change over their lifestyle so that it is the same as the refugees' like if they rape women, much like in Germany's case, they are bound by law to marry their rapist and being married to them would mean that the men's word is law.
In Africa, they raid villages and kidnap children to raise army in south america they deal with drugs and kidnap people, this is the government doing this BTW. So they move to areas where it is favorable for them and they bring the badstuff along with them.
But there are some whites who are just raised to be racists
