Probably only Hidan, assuming Zetsu by himself doesn't count. But even if he does, Zetsu could put up a fight with his stealth.

I feel like we got to change the 'judge power levels by Akatsuki' thing, they're too inconsistent and a condition-based bunch

Possibly anyone that Kakashi could seeing as he would have beaten Kakashi in their first match up had it been 1v1.
Hidden mist alone puts him above Hidan especially since Hidan can't do any jutsu, can't sense AND his scythe is too slow

Hidan gave kakashi more trouble than zabuza, and he was a better fighter when he fought hidan. and all hidan would need is one cut.

Yeah a kakashi with no mangekyo, and not as skilled. Also i'd say it was a draw but i don't remember enough
