No he can't lol. 10 minute intangibility isn't enough to kill Nagato/Pain who can simply keep pressure on him while he waits.

He can also warp faster than pain can attack, and he can also used his mokuton to damage any of the pains too. His genjutsu alone is enough to defeat him considering that it's pains weakness as well.

He can easily put up a uchiha flame barrier to divide the pains up and take them out one at a time if he wanted to. Tobi has so much more powers then just kamui, you need to actually pay attention in the manga to see them. He just uses kamui because it's faster and more efficient.

There is no amount of pressure Pain can do that Bm already tried to do against Tobi, and even then Bm naruto needed kamui for his pressure attacks to work.
