Basically because she was given chakra in the last (LOL) they think that it’s the same as the sage dividing his power between Sasuke and Naruto as was the case with Indra and Asura. Hamura gave her chakra which she used to refill Naruto’s reserves and aid him in an attack. We didn’t see any change in her, no new powers and abilities and she basically acted as a battery with her current jutsu boosted like in the war arc when she had kurama’s chakra cloak. What does this look like? Hinata granted the power of Hamura (2x Naruto’s power) or Hamura performing a chakra transfer on her and lending her chakra to use? Logically the later right? It’s not different it seems than when Naruto gave her chakra, Tsunade gave the Tsuchikage chakra and Sakura gave Obito chakra. It’s a chakra transfer. No new powers, no change in anything and she’s giving the chakra to others. Looks like a chakra transfer to me.
