Chapter 854 "What're You Doing"

Nami and Jinbe run away from their pursuers by being pulled into the Mirror World by Chopper.

Queen's Chamber
Prometheus is being treated for a wound.
Brook is the first person to wound Prometheus.
Despite Brook being there, Pudding shows her third eye and true personality while confirming the plans for the wedding.

When Sanji lifts up her veil to give the kiss, she will reveal her third eye.
While he flinches, she is to shoot him in the middle of the forehead.
With that as the signal, the rest of the unarmed Vinsmokes will be unloaded on.

6th Floor Sanji's Room
The watch guard is sleeping in Sanji's bed.
Another guard's sees someone sleeping in Sanji's room and goes to report this.

2nd Floor Meeting Room
The Ministers are reconfirming the situation regarding the invading Strawhats.
The Soul King is currently in Big Mom's hands.
Pedro is dead by explosion.
They've gotten a report that Chopper and Carrot have been captured by Brulee.
Luffy and Nami were burned to death during Opera's torturing.
Opera: (There's no way I could tell that I screwed up on guard duty! Mama will take away my entire lifespan!)
They receive reports that Sanji and the rest of the Vinsmokes are retired to their rooms, so they end their meeting

I wouldn't exactly chalk it up to that just yet. Brook's powers still have a unique interaction with souls. As Crocodile, and Oda, have highlighted, you can never fully guess the outcome when two DFs clash.

I don't know why Oda keeps dehyping Big Mom like this, but she looks less and less impressive chapters after chapters. And to think she didn't even get any good showings for a top tier thus far. Is Oda waiting the wedding to do something? Because so far it's surprising as hell

Bobbin's bounty is 105.5 million. He uses his power to put all the arriving soldiers to sleep and goes after Sanji by himself.

Mirror World
Chopper and the others cross through a mirror and peer into Big Mom's sleeping chambers.
Brook appears to be in Big Mom's hand while she's sound asleep.
She's only half asleep and shatters the mirror, Prometheus, Zeus, and Napoleon respond to that sound and all attack the mirrors at once.

Sanji is running through the raining town, and a dog looks eager to take Sanji's bento.

Mirror World
Chopper and the others collect bones at an execution site and make a fake Brook, which they use to switch out with the real Brook.

Sanji has arrived at the promised location.
He searches for Luffy throughout the countless fallen soldiers.

Mirror World
Brook opens up his skull and pulls out the poneglyph print.
Brook: "Yes, I was able to copy this...More than that, I'm happy you're okay Pedro"
Everyone: "Y..You managed to get it!?"
Brook: "Ah, Yeah"

Everyone celebrates this, leaving bringing back Sanji the only objective left.

The Promised location
There's a loud grumbling sound coming from far away.
Sanji finds Luffy, whose face appears like a mummy.
Sanji sports a huge grin with streams of tears rolling down his face.

Tfw Bobbin has a lower bounty than pre skip Luffy. He destroys countries but has a bounty that isn't even 200 mil?

Saw a theory that said the reason for this is that he probably puts witnesses to sleep, so there haven't been any to report his presence during crimes. Plus...****ing look at him. Wouldn't be surprised if the government underestimates him like they do Chopper and Bepo.

Who cares? All that would mean is that some things Bobbin gets away with, and some things he doesn't. Ignorance doesn't necessarily mean complete unawareness.

You could argue it's possible he got that much of a bounty before he got a DF and after he got it his actions stopped getting reported. You could also argue that he only uses it on some cases(big important issues) and he doesn't on others. It's not a 100% answer but it is possible and it's possible Bobbins isn't as high up as everyone assumed he was.

Just by being a minister of Enraged Army which directly works under Big Mom(Yonkou) might get him that measly bounty.

Strength plays a massive role in threat lvl, they aren't exclusive to each other. 99% of the time in this manga the higher up you go in the power scale the higher up the bounties are. It's an easy correlation to make.

This should be old news by now.

If the author is introducing such a low bounty at this point of the manga, it means

1.He isn't a major threat to anyone (aka weak, low in the pecking order of the crew)
2.Oda is hiding something.

Such a low bounty is done on purpose, it's not supposed to be impressive readers are supposed to see that and think he's weak.

Bobbin's bounty is suspicious. He destroys counties that don't pay their dues, so his bounty should be higher, even if he isn't that strong, and he only took minor injuries from an enraged Sanji kick, so he is clearly stronger than someone with a 105 million bounty would normally be. Riker's probably right.

Sanji was using DJ on fodders, the fact that a base kick did that much damage to Bobbins was actually not a good look for him. Certainly not a pro for him.
