Naruto anime/manga gets alot of hate

I browse youtube Instagram Facebook , i always see people bashing naruto series and always prefering other anime/manga over it .

Especially in youtube when i read comments oh god he hate is big there .

Why is there such a big hate on naruto series?? how can it be hated and succussful at the same time . heck even here in NARUTObase i see people hating on it and bashing the shit out of it .

if it's this horrible why is it one of the big three and popular worldwide??

Naruto has extraordinary mainstream charm and individuality but as far as technical aspects like character and world development it falls short and shorter 12 or 25 episode animes are usually superior in that aspect. Imo.

You actually forgot what Naruto is all about. When there is black, white is there also. When there is darkness, light is there also. When there is love, hate is there also. Positive and negative intermingle with each other.

The Naruto was decent but some things in manga were just bad,and yeah there are many more better manga than Naruto.

Some of it was unrealistic or cringe & some important characters didn't receive enough. Especially most of k11. Especially hyuuga. Especially Uzumaki.

I don't really mind though, I detest the senseless Naruto bashing too but just trynna look at it objectively.

I think that put many people off, or at least left a bad taste in the mouths of many.

Naruto just came out at the right time. When Dragon Ball Z was ending in the US, allowing the kids who were, at the time, watching DBZ, to see some familiarity in Naruto and take it up. It shared enough familiarities to be adopted easily enough, and thus Naruto became big.

yeah it becomes big when it's good not bad . so you;re saying naruto is bad but becuase it resembles dbz people liked it ? But because it resembles DBZ it's good . Plus there are minor things similar between the 2

I don't know Naruto has been more known and popular around the people I know or have met. Maybe that's why it gets hate cus it's the one everybody knows or something. but people know other mangas and animes and they like that more so they get irritated when Naruto gets so much fame.

Don't misquote me, I never said Naruto was bad. It is a pretty good manga, but if we take it by its entirety and judge it, there are far better stuff out there.

well , the whole series lost it is potential since the five kage summit arc , I dropped the series back then , and cam back to it later to find nothing but garbage (there was some good things in the War arc , but most of this arc was a total BS )

As Guntah said, Naruto just came out on the right time where shows like Yu Yu hakusho and DBZ were ending. Naruto only fitted on our generation. It's not appealing for new generations at all. If i started reading/watching naruto at my current age i would immediately dislike it. That's the reason why i couldn't get into One Piece and Bleach later on as an adult.

Boruto is destined to fail no matter what because it won't appeal to new generations and won't appeal to the previous Naruto fanbase.

Only reason I got into Naruto was because DBZ/GT ended and Naruto had a similar feel to it.

No, it's because the pairing wars ruined it, including Kishi getting lazy after the Pein Arc. I mean, come on, Kakashi getting Perfect Susanoo was the mother of all asspulls.
