OT: Yeah he can't until proven otherwise. Saying he can is pure fallacy,since no other preta path user shown was capable of it and nothing in the manga indicates preta can absorb something that big. Sasuke fans would say it's plot,but i find that weird since every time we've seen a preta path user face a very dire and powerful attack,they always opt for other defence which should supposedly be inferior to the acclaimed bottomless preta absorption defence (like susanoo) or run away from said attack. There are too many instances for it to be called plot or bad-writing. The most logical reason would just be that preta indeed has a limit to the scale of jutsu it can absorb.

In Boruto the movie both Naruto and Sasuke are nerfed. Naruto was stated to have all 9 Bijuu chakra permanent by Hagoromo, which Naruto didn't use TSB or the other Bijuu technique and element.

Sasuke has the Rinnengan yet didn't use any Rinnengan technique but teleport, portal and flying like Nagato.

The Databook states that Sasuke is equal to Naruto, if someone can post it that would help a lot.

The Databook is the proof, which sadly I don't know how to find it. I seen member post it before I remember saying Sasuke being on par to Naruto.
