I think that Itachi as word would win with Sasuke.

The only ones that they have a chance of losing are Tobirama, Minato and Pain, and out of these 3 Pain stands the best chance by far The rest are easy wins.

The opponents are randomized as hell. Tobirama beats them since I don't see ET being restricted, which means all of them probably get obliterated by Gojo. Nagato beats them as well, but then the team definitely take out the rest - Hanzo, Hiruzen and Gengetsu - with little difficulty. Hell, Hanzo and Old Hiruzen can be solo'd by either Naruto or Sasuke, and SM Naruto is a horrible match for Gengetsu (even Sasuke can do it by using the snake's sense of smell to find weakened Gengetsu). Chiyo and Sasori get stomped extremely hard, Kin and Gin lose as well. Minato has a shot, but I doubt it.

So they basically lose two matches from the 8 listed.

Hebi Sasuke was elite jounin level at the least. It wasn't til after he gained itatchis eyes that this changed.

Elite Jounins are <6 Gate Gai, Kakashi, Yamato, Hidan, etc. Hebi Sasuke would trash all of them. Hebi Sasuke is low kage level, maybe even mid if we stretch the term to its absolute limit (although I argue for low kage).
