But yeah there are some cat traits that out do dogs. Like their agility and ability to climb trees and their hunting skills rely more on stealth and quietude than numbers. But in most cases(particularly dealing with the domesticated varieties of both species) dogs mostly win out. It mainly comes down to what breed of dog/cat and the environment they are raised in.

That really doesn't make it his power...in the end, Sasuke cannot compare to Naruto's sheer power in the same way as Naruto cannot compare to Sasuke's immense skill. Problem is, Sasuke actively compensated for that, and still lost. Why?
